Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work
When you hire us, we’ll agree on:
-
The deliverables
-
The timeline
-
The money part
Anything outside of that scope = extra cost. We love surprises, but only the fun kind.
2. Payments
-
Projects start after the initial payment (usually 50% or as agreed).
-
Final deliverables are shared post full payment.
-
Delayed payments = delayed results. Karma and content wait for no one.
3. Intellectual Property
Once fully paid, what we create for you is yours—except:
-
Our internal strategies, tools, and templates (those are our secret sauce).
-
Portfolio rights: We may showcase your work unless you specifically request otherwise.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
-
Provide timely feedback, access, and approvals.
-
Not ghost us. We don’t do hauntings.
Delays on your end can affect timelines—we can’t help that.
5. No Magic Guarantees
We promise expertise, strategy, and effort. But:
-
Algorithms change.
-
Trends shift.
-
Results take time and collaboration.
Marketing is not a vending machine—you can’t just put in ₹X and get Y overnight. But with the right effort? Magic does happen.
